Bringing over 20 years of experience developing compliant and scalable operations, Victor is continually driven to find new ways to empower business within the confines of ethical, legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. Victor served in multiple esteemed roles, managing contract matters for a major federal systems integrator, a privately held government contractor, and several technology companies.

He currently serves as the Contracts Administrator and is responsible for contract negotiations and ensuring all contractual agreements and associated modifications are completed expeditiously.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and a J.D. from The George Washington University.
